Hockey: the Montreal Juniors to play in Longueuil, Pointe Claire, Côte St.Luc and Laval
The Montreal Juniors Hockey Club starts its Community Days Program with a bang this year! Four communities are in charge of hosting one of the four pre-season games. Moreover, all the revenue from the ticket sales for the pre-season games is going to the various communities or their local minor hockey programs. To launch their second season in the 'Q' on August 21st, the Montreal Juniors will faceoff against the Shawinigan Cataractes at the Colisée Jean Béliveau in Longueuil. On August 28th, the Bob Birnie Arena in Pointe Claire will be hosting the pre-season game against the Gatineau Olympics. Montreal will then play at the Samuel Moscovitch Arena in Côte St.Luc against the Foreurs from Val-d'Or on September 3rd. The Baie-Comeau Drakkar will play in Montreal on September 4th at the Colisée de Laval. Games are at 7:35pm. The Juniors will begin their 2009-2010 Regular Season at home (Verdun Auditorium) on September 25th at 7:35pm against the Lewiston MAINEiacs.
